Shipping

Shipping is provided via USPS Retail Ground®. Standard Shipping in 2–8 business days. 

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased from AYSHA NY are eligible for a full refund if returned within 10 days from date of delivery. (With the exception if item is on discount/sale…see below)

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Items are not eligible for returns if they have a perfume smell, deodorant marks or sweat smell/stains.

To request a return, please email us at Styleme@ayshany.com with reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, we will:

A. E-mail you acknowledging your request to return.

B. E-mail you prepaid mailing label. Please note, this is for full price items only.

Items shipped to us without following our return procedure will not be eligible for refund or exchange. 

Returns & Exchanges - Discounted & On Sale

For any items that are 30% or more on discount/sale, the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back for an exchange or store credit.  Items on discount/sale can not be returned for a refund. 

Please submit request to Styleme@ayshany.com. 

Discounted / Sale items shipped to us without following our procedure will not be eligible for exchange or store credit. 

Refunds - If Applicable 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 7-10 days.

Note: Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note: Items marked as FINAL SALE can not be returned.
